Two households, both alike in dignity
In fair Verona, where we lay our scene,
From ancient grudge break to new mutiny,
Where civil blood makes civil hands unclean.
From forth the fatal loins of these two foes
A pair of star-crossed lovers take their life,
Whose misadventured piteous overthrows
Doth with their death bury their parents’ strife.
The fearful passage of their death-marked love
And the continuance of their parents’ rage,
Which, but their children’s end, naught could remove,
Is now the two hours’ traffic of our stage
The which, if you with patient ears attend,
What here shall miss, our toil shall strive to mend.
The translation in modern English
Two families both equal in power
In  Verona where this Play is set
From old fued  brakes out a fight from families
Where the people pick sides and blood will be spilt
Innocent people have to choose a family and innocent people will be caught up in violence                    Between the two families each a child will be born
And they will love each other  for as long as they can
But the pressure  is to strong so they take there own life’s
There death stopped the fight between the households
And made peace between themselves
But this peace didn’t  stay settle for long
Even there death did not stop the rage which stayed In there families blood.                                                  Now in the next 2 hours will be play
And that will be what happens on this stage
And if you have To be focus and listen well
But what you miss will or showed upon the stage
